Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. De La Garza's parents were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. De La Garza moved soon to Texas, where she studied in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for long and soon made the move in Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of acting roles, as well as independent films and commercials. Even with the minor parts, she realized that acting was her interest. After 2001, she relocated from the Midwest to New York where her first role was on All My Children's daytime soap-opera in the role of Rosa Santos. Throughout the early 2000s she appeared in small roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her debut major show was The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano along with a host of top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Pilegge. The role that she is most well-known for is the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her character as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. She won an Impact Award in 2008 for her exceptional performance in a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. The most recent television appearance was with NBC's rather darker drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The series was cancelled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory and is Italian by descent. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano launched her acting career aged seven when her babysitter joined her in an audition. Out of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen to be one of only four. Milano performed on TV ads and off Broadway shows, including the American premiere musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
